Details of Game #10:       Apr 24, 2017
Moorestown 12   -   Shawnee 3     (Reg Season)

Moorestown defeated Shawnee 12-3 in the annual Black and Blue rivalry game. This marks Moorestown's 25th win out of the last 26 times the two teams have met.

The Quakers continued where they left off from Saturday's big win over Garden City by disposing of rival Shawnee as draw control once again was key with the Quakers getting 12 of 17. Quinn Nicolai and Ava Frantz led the attack with three goals apiece.
Kayla Frank continues to be a beast on the circle with five dcs followed by Nicolai's four. Robin Panzarella was once again all over the field making hustle plays and collected legal checks running down ball carriers.
Emily Toft played her best game of the year in the cage with four saves while the defense in front of her continues to lock down the opposing attack. Nicki Dadino, Brittney Wright, Delaney Lawler and Julia Dalmass were strong once again.
The Quakers had 29 shots on the cage. The Renegade's Goalie Ashley Vernon played strong between the pipes keeping Shawnee in the game. Moorestown stepped up it's midfield ride all game, forcing the Renegades into many forced passes that led to turnovers. The Quakers on the other hand had their fewest amount of turnovers this year with five. After Shawnee scored the opening goal of the game, Moorestown went on a 12 goal run.
