Details of Game #18:       May 16, 2017
Moorestown 16   -   Lenape 2     (Reg Season)

Moorestown knocked off previously undefeated Lenape 16-2 as both teams head into the NJ State Playoffs. Moorestown is the #1 team in South Jersey and the Philadelphia region.

Moorestown dominated draw control 13-6 and had 32 shots on goal as the Quakers dominated play throughout the game and field. The Indians struggled to bring the ball up the field in transition and several of Nj's top players on Lenape were shut down by a very aggressive Quaker defense. Dadino, Wright, Lawler and Dalmass formed a solid wall in front of the home cage. Maddie Lucidi made several nice saves in goal for Moorestown in the second half.
Moorestown had seven different girls score goals led by Quinn Nicolai's five, Kayla Franks three and two apiece from Robin Panzarella, Colette Smith and Kacey Knobloch. Emily Culbertson led with two assists. Panzarella had three ground balls and Nicolai led the way on the draw circle with five. Cailin Field also had three draw controls.
Moorestown was able to get 21 players in the game and they head into the playoffs and prom weekend coming off of three consecutive wins over highly ranked teams. Moorestown won the second half 8-0 and stalled the ball the last five minutes.
