Moorestown welcomed Cherokee and soundly defeated the Chiefs 18-2 as Robin Panzarella notched four goals, the last being her 100th for her career.
In addition to Panzarella, the Quakers had seven other goal scorers led by Ava Frantz, Kacey Knobloch and Colette Smith's three apiece. Kayla Frank pitched in with two of her own to go with two assists and five draws. Ashley Nutt was busy with a goal, two assists, three gbs and two legal checks.
The defense was stellar limiting Cherokee to a handful of shots. Draw control was won convincingly by the Quakers 15-5. A total of 26 girls received playing time.
