HANCOX
Colleen Dalon Hancox was a three year starter and captained her Senior year for Moorestown High School, achieving HS All-American and NJ Player of the Year honors. At the College of William and Mary, she was a captain her Senior year and earned two time Regional All-American, Academic All-American, three time All CAA honors and WLCSJ Player of the Year. She was an assistant coach for Scotland through two World Cups and won four national championships at Guildford High School for Girls. This will be her fourth season as MGLAX Head Coach. Colleen is married to Brett and has two girls Esme (6) and Winnie (4) and one on the way.

ZIMATORE
Xan Zimatore was a four-year letter winner at Moorestown High School (’06) in both lacrosse and soccer where she helped the Quakers win four straight New Jersey State Championships in lacrosse as well as two New Jersey State Championships in soccer. As a four-year letter winner at Boston University, Zimatore helped the Terriers capture four straight America East Titles and consecutive NCAA Tournament bids. Zimatore was an assistant at Villanova University for four years. Prior to relocating to Moorestown, Zimatore was the head coach at the Academy of Notre Dame (PA) from ‘15 - ‘19. In her final year, she led Notre Dame to a record of 18-3, a national ranking of 32nd in the country and the school’s first PAISSA State Championship. Zimatore left Notre Dame as its winningest coach with an overall record of 70-39.

LAUREN
KARPOVICH
Lauren Karpovich was a four-year letter winner at Cherokee High School (‘11) in lacrosse where she helped the Chiefs reach the New Jersey State Championship in 2008 and 2010 as well as win their program’s first ever New Jersey State Championship(‘08). After high school she continued her lacrosse career at The College of New Jersey, where she was a three year starter for the nationally ranked team, and captain her Senior year. While at TCNJ she earned All- Region and All- Conference honors as well as helped her team win four straight conference titles, and make four straight NCAA Elite Eight appearances. Karp graduated with a degree in Health and Exercise Science and taught 8 years as a Phys Ed and Health teacher at Southampton Middle School. While she taught at Southampton she also coached for their middle school team, leading the Lady Warriors to their first ever undefeated season. She also was the head coach for Seneca Youth Travel (‘16-’19). Karp currently is a Phys Ed and Health teacher at Moorestown High School.

NISSEN
Maragret Nissen was a multi-sport athlete at Moorestown High School where she helped lead the MGLax squad to back to back Tournament of Champions titles in 2012 and 2013. The team went 51-0 in that period. Margaret went on to play Div I college lacrosse at Rutgers.
Goalie Coach
BRIDGET
BIANCO
Bridget was a two sport athlete and four year letter winner at Moorestown High School in soccer and lacrosse. Recruited to play lacrosse at Northwestern University. After college, Bridget coached for one year at the University of Richmond before moving back to Chicago. Bridget also continued to play lacrosse for the women’s professional league from 2015-2019. Bridget currently works as a preschool teacher in Cherry Hill.
